Fly a Way
Wittgenstein began by telling us to
Face the facts
But the fact is
A cold, hard bottle
In the form of our addiction to
Total power and control over all things
Via knowledge:
“The world is the totality of facts, not things”
Once Wittgenstein came to know this
He ended by telling us to
Face the truth
And the truth is
Words have power
But only once we learn how to control them
Which we do by letting go
Of our need for control;
That is how
“To show the fly the way out of the fly bottle”
