We all know what time it is–
It’s time to get to work
Unless it’s Shabbos
Which is timeless
Making Shabbos the whole
Around which each portion of donut
Is worked into shape
Forming the hole through which
God can be found
Without being seen
For when you rest every Shabbos
God comes to rest right next to you
And never leaves your side
When you get back to work
Which is how you work wonders
And why wonders never cease
Forever circling Shabbos
