What You Don’t Know Can’t Hurt Me
Most importantly, survival depends on
your curated self lacking all self-awareness
This is best accomplished when you also
lack all self-awareness,
with you and your curated self
sparking a chain reaction of infinite reflections
in a hall of mirrors
The hope is that eventually
the mirrors are all smashed
and you can get back to what
human beings have always done
and find out who you are
by looking at other people looking at you
