If you try to control others
The ones you will judge the harshest
Are those who are the hardest to control
Who are the ones who tell the truth
Because the truth is always one thing
That is out of our control
A good sign that you are letting go of the need to control others
Is when you find yourself judging them less harshly
And a good sign that you are judging others less harshly
Is when you are also judging yourself less harshly
And this happens automatically when you control yourself
Which is all you can control–
That is the truth that those annoying people
Whom you are trying to control
Are always trying to tell you
Of course, the only way to control yourself
Is to give control of everything else
Over to God
Which is the fundamental truth
That gets those annoying people killed
For spreading the truth
But judgment day is coming
And there’s only just enough time
To stay out of judgment
By staying out of the judgement of others
Which you do by letting go of your need to control others
And find that you have all that you need
To control yourself
