Is that death has the last word

In their fear of death
Materialists never let anyone else get a word in edgewise
And why their vision
Of a disembodied immortality uploaded in the cloud
Is just a fantasy in which
They can go on lecturing us forever
Without fear of interruption
A believer’s biggest assumption
Is that God has the last word on everything
Which is how they overcome the fear of death in life
And summon the courage to risk death
By interrupting the materialists
Because a materialist will kill you
If you don’t sit down and shut up
But by their very nature
Believers are always rising up
Even when it consists of rising to the occasion of their deaths
Which materialists see in their nihilism
As an annihilation
But which believers know to be
Merely the word of the day
Since death is just a word
And time goes by in days
While God has already told us
That the real meaning of death
Is the removal of all time limits
