The Escape Part II
With steel determination,
I scrutinise the current value
Of my husk-like state:
Then it passes, and
I see only weakness;
So I man-the-f**k-up,
Put the gun down,
And pop the kettle on.

The cursing in this poem is of stylistic choice, not vulgarity. Originally it is not censored with asterisks, but out of consideration for others, who may despise such language, I have censored it slightly.
This poem is an attempt at a comedic sequel to 'The Escape', and should be viewed in this order.
