**Forgive Me, Lord**
Lord, forgive me for the times I’ve erred,
Dismissed others without a second word.
I’ve turned away from those in need,
My heart closed off, a selfish creed.
I’ve judged too quickly, based on sight,
Not taking time to see the inner light.
I’ve spoken harshly, without thought or care,
Hurting others, leaving wounds to bear.
Forgive me, Lord, for my callous ways,
For putting self before their needs and praise.
Help me to open up my heart and mind,
To love and serve all humankind.
May I no longer turn away,
But embrace others in a loving way.
May I forgive those who’ve wronged me,
And live in peace and harmony.
Forgive me, Lord, for my foolish pride,
And guide me in the path of righteousness with pride.
May I be a beacon of Your love,
And help to build a world where all are loved.
