The heavens bluer than blue
The ocean a shade deeper
The sun rose as if on cue
To make the world much brighter
The sun climbed higher than high
Morning shadows disappeared
The brightness spread far and nigh
As the dark grey clouds have cleared
The woods are greener than green
Red robins sing in the trees
Flowers colorize the scene
Their sweet scents borne by the breeze
The air feels cooler than cool,
With whispers soft as it flows,
Its touch both tender and full,
As morning’s gentle wind blows
Nature is grander than grand,
With colors bold, rich, and bright
Mountains and rivers expand,
Bathed in the soft morning light
A world alive, fresh and new
In colors vivid and pure
Each dawn paints a brighter view
And its beauty will endure!
