I wished upon a star
And here you are
Standing right in front of me
Like kismet
 
Writing words with little meaning
Fanning the flame of desire
Hoping love will take me higher
My heart, my face gleaming
 
Seeking something worth keeping
Leaving what was, behind
Living for no one else but me
My life’s worth keeping
 
Though you don’t see me
I’m right in front of you
With my hand out stretched
And my heart waiting to receive you.

It's funny, you go through life & meet ppl who you feel an immediate connection to. Like electricity is in the air whenever the two of you are around each other. And that butterfly feeling you get whenever you think about that person. You think it's kesmet/destiny like the two of you were meant to cross paths.
