Intrinsic Mandates

Intrinsic mandates from the mind of God,
the rules of discipline of staff and rod,

conscience implanted, the seed of the blessed
in times of turmoil and uncertainty addressed,

a counselor that lives in caves down under
endowed with wisdom and spiritual wonder,

a hidden saint born out of loyalty and sapience,
walled in with no desire to jump over the fence,

who knows what evil lurks on the other side
as he counsels and lets all inquisitors decide,

who implants an uneasy feeling in their heart
when their decision leads them down into the dark,

and a contented feeling for their strict obedience,
their loyalty, faith, introspection, and diligence,

a man without a conscience as a guide through life
a man living with a contented feeling deprived,

or a contented feeling begotten from the evil done,
the worst of all on this side of the sun,

a beast inside a man with his conscience abandoned,
siding with the devil to his authority succumbed.

Man with his conscience weighing heavily in his soul
is a man the world needs to lead and take control.
