Poetic In Heart

Goodnight

Realizations Under the Moonlight

I didn’t mean to annoy, just wanted to talk,
Hoping you’d match my heart’s quiet walk.
But your silence spoke louder than words,
A lesson wrapped in the pain it stirred.

Maybe you’re not the one for me,
And that’s okay– I’ll let it be.
It’s my growing age, I’ll learn, I’ll grow,
From every mistake, a new path will show.

So goodnight now, no tears to keep,
I’ll mend my heart as I drift to sleep.

The poem is about realizing that someone isn’t right for you after feeling misunderstood. It talks about learning from mistakes, growing with time, and letting go with peace, ending the day on a note of self-reflection and moving on.
