we traveled through
the pathway of love
good better best
warts and all endure
no barriers
there was none
between two souls
Cupid archeried
rough roads at times
but the pathway
is open at all times
no trammels none
always a new day
sunshine at dawn
and smiles all day
rainbow or none
into a twilight delight
of a good moonlit dusk
counting sheep dreams
blessings grace the night
all this when love is true
