her rain coated skin
of tears
watering
the grass
of her dreams
in the Elysian fields
fortune
fated
he finds her
in the isles
of the blessed
stumbling
upon this hiding
treasure
caught
in an act
of remembering
willfully
submitting
to GODs plan
he gathers her up
most gently
the sun
and
flower
of his eye
this daughter
of Eve
for in this
singular
moment
he knows
he is holding
life itself
in the cradle
of his arms...
