VINCENT’S 23RD DREAM

The road is now full of nocturnal bliss
Laughs roll on and on...
Late summer rains cleanse
And excite to alls delight.
Cool crisp desert air descends surprisingly
To tighten her skin
And chill her exhausted mind.
Wonder what the night crawlers are doing?
Are they going to sing and dance,
Get caught up in a nightmarish trance?
In her jaded mind, the sea creatures
Are laughing, and flapping their gills
And wiggling their fins, magnificently!
Wide-eyed the sun retreats
And the sea creatures embrace her,
They tickle her feet
And she wiggles and laughs.
Let’s swim to the moon
Let’s dance tonight,
It’s not too soon.
