MISSING YOU, MOM

Sometimes when she’s all alone
She wonders why you’re gone.
Why you went and left her
On this earth all alone

She wonders what you’re thinking
And what you’d have to say,
If you could be here loving her
Like you did yesterday

At times she feels so lonely
And wishes you could be here,
To hold her in your arms
And say “Don’t worry, dear.”

Some people never know
The joy a mom can bring
And how she takes the pain away
With all the love she brings.
