Viva la Diva

Viva la Diva, child of song,
mover of melodious tears in rivers of sorrow,
harbingers of love, rains of virgin skies,
spreaders of joy, healers of the pain,
she doctors of the callous spirit,
angels of the carnal world,
fliers in the pure air
of the Gods in saintly vibrations,
in music that melts the rugged hills,
that wipes away the tears of anxiety,
and propels the tears of passion.

“O child of song, how thee purifies
the air that transforms anxiety into bliss
and brings out the aesethetics in mankind,
how thou hast weakened his knees and
made him love his enemies,
and how his tears flow down the river
that you created when you sang the song.

Viva la Diva, may the senturies posted
around your voice with their spears
and arrows affixed forever protect you
from any foreign invaders and
keep thee from any harm.”
