The Voice of Popularity

The Voice of Popularity

You must strive to hear more clearly the voice of the soul that separates that which is popular from that which is true beauty in itself.  Popularity is the culmination of influential sentiment, the imperfection of humankind masquerading as a messenger of truth.  It is not the voice of the spirit that pleads for its alienation from it.  Popularity with its overpowering voice follows us everywhere, shouting in our ears, worshipping itself with stolen dreams that truth prides itself with.  Beauty is too fragile to retain its power as it loses its influence and becomes a whispering truth that reveals itself only to those who listen intently for it.  I, a victim of its power, have let it control my decisions.  I have to make my devotion to the truth stronger to keep my mind free from popularity’s control.  Beauty is a mirror of the soul, not what mankind made it into.
