The Rains of L.A.

Then came the rains streaming down upon LA,
chasing away the fire dragons that came to stay.
Their copious tears filled up the ominous clouds.
They put on a great show for the cheering crowds.

They fooled the curse of the satanic fire witches,
delegates from the society of infernal bitches
who look upon the land below with evil eyes
and conspire as how to swoop down and colonize.

The ruler of the rains heard the pleas of the people
and saw in their eyes their hopes so feeble
and went to war against the bastard fire dragons
and poured tons of water in their artillery wagons.

They dumped them upon the skin of the flames
and heard them screaming in their agonizing pains.
The fires ran away and returned to their beloved hell
and Los Angeles rose again and answered the bell.

I can't get the fires of L.A out of my mind.
