The Christmas Truce

The Christmas Truce of 1914 was a brief, spontaneous cease-fire between British and German soldiers on Christmad Eve and Christmas Day during World War 1. The soldiers on opposite sides observed the holiday by joining in on singing Christmas Carols and exchanging gifts and etc with their enemies. It is a true story.
Wouldn’t that be wonderful if that were to happen on this Christmas? I hope that event could have made some influence on modern day warfare and continued in the future. The world needs that to happen again..
