Reflections

Reflections upon the glassy waters
in clear days of none that bothers

looking at life and the glossiness of life
of when it was a glorious ride and free of strife

as is the surface riled up by the winds
in rememberance of the agony and the sins

but of clarity and of the opening of the mind
and all the answers that I could find

from the still wind that brought them to me
making them comprehensible as far as I could see

the philophy of the glassy waters so very true
wrtten upon the waters crystal clear and blue

my life in the reflections that I see with my eyes
in response to my inquisitions of hows and whys

coming before me in the crystal clear lake
my life that leads me to my desired fate

I got inspired to write this poem from listening to John Adam's composition called Phrygian Gates
