Pyro Bandits

Pyro bandits with big eyes overlook the land below
to ignite the homes and timber and blow and blow.

“A-ha, Los Angeles is the best place to go and raid
and burn everything down with many a brigade.
We shall wait until everyone is comfortable and content,
and then descend from the skies and burn until the end.”

As the winds blow and the fires run through the homes,
and the bandits gather up the loot as the fire roams,
they set their sights for another home next door
and burn it down to the basement floor

until the skies open up with rain drops falling
and the pyro bandits too feeble in their brawling,
drown from the mercy of the  sky-borne ruler
and his eternal prophesy of the world in squalor
as turmoil unravels and tranquility comes to be
and the skies return to normal and answer our plea.

Hail to the mercy of the rains
and the drowning of the pyro bandits.
Hoorah, hoorah, hoorah!!!

Trying to shed some light on the LA fires. The Apocalypse is coming soon.
