Nature's Vicissitude

Nature’s Vicissitude

The snows of winter so tired and weary
A vicissitude of days gone dreary
Water’s dancing down the hills
Through meadows adorned with daffodils

Gone are winter’s tears today
All my troubles are washed away
Sorrow hides into the night
Foiled by dawns at early light

Like gazing at life thru’ a kaleidoscope
Beauty moves to restore my hope
Springtime forever comes again
Forsaken spirits are on the mend
Convalescing from winter’s curse
