Merry "Christ"mas

Merry “Christ”mas

Merry Christmas to all, and may all your Christmases to come be merry.  May your spouse or future spouse give you as much love as you give to him or her.  May the flame that’s in your heart never die for each other.  After the lust subsides, may the compassion be as overpowering as the lust was once.  May compassion be the new flame that holds you together later on.  May you find a civil way to discuss everything that bothers you about each other.  May your spouse be the only one to desire to be intimate with.  May you try to hold on to each other until your dying day.
When your talent is revealed to you, may you pursue it with diligence, no matter if it is digging ditches or performing open heart surgery.  May your contentment carry you on to perform it with perfection in mind.  May you never leave your job unfinished.  May you never forget to thank God for creating you to love your labor.  May every job be joyful.
May your children live to be as happy as you are.  May you always devote yourself to their welfare.  May you take the time to give them the attention that they need.  May your frustrations never be taken out on them.  If they need to be disciplined, may you do it to help them find the righteous way of doing things even if it hurts them.  If they become angry at you, you are still their caring, sagacious master.  May you instill in them the purpose to uphold morality.  May you teach them that department stores look forward to Christmas to unload their plastic junk on the children, and not a time to reflect on the birth of Christ.  May your children not be swayed by their evaluation of Christmas.  May they always keep morality in their hearts.
May all your Christmases be bright and cheery.  May you live up to the way that God wants you to.  May you never forget to thank God for sending his son to absolve all your sins for you.  May every other religion, even though they don’t believe it, at least respect those beliefs.   Merry “Christ”mas to each and everyone of you.

Always remember the "Christ" in Christmas. Even though it's almost forgotten, it is the reason for the season.
