Aha, I gotcha, sucker! You’re not as perfect as you think you are. I tried to make the title of a poem funny and to the point, but no! You wouldn’t let me. The title of my poem, (Coffee Time With?) is supposed to read, (Coffee Time With???). Your perfect friggin’ word processor wouldn’t move the question mark over one space the way I wanted it to be. The? is a replacement for the word (whoever). That is the humor of the title. That perfect *&%@T%I imperfect intelligence wouldn’t let me be funny. “Coffee Time With?) sounds like a question. Coffee Time With??? Is the humor of the phrase. The space between With and the question mark means that it is a replacement for the word (whoever.)
The whole thing started yesterday when I received an order from the market and my jar of instant coffee had been tampered with. Somebody or something had broken the seal and helped themselves to some of my coffee. I sent in a complaint and they sent a replacement for it. I made light of the situation by writing a poem about it called “Coffee Time With?”, but AI wouldn’t let me be funny about it.
To me, AI can’t replicate exactly pure emotion. It has to remain prosaic. If it could, I don’t think it would. It has to remain perfect and emotionless. If I am wrong, please let me know about it. I don’t understand it. It is too intelligent for me. Long live the imperfection of humor!! Hurrah, hurrah.
All this has to do with my poem called Coffee Time With ? that I posted on Poeticous.com yesterday. I tried to leave a space between With and the question mark in the example, but it wouldn't let me. If you can do it, please let me know how you did it.
