Dolls and Perfume

Dolls and smiles and innocence,
playtime and fantasies,
of fantasy looking into the future,
feeling it coming into being,
little girls with glowing eyes
and throbbing hearts,
mysterious body functions,
moving into a new life,
of fantasy becoming reality,
dolls coming to life with perfume
oozing into the bloodstream,
pumping a new blood into the veins,
another kind of love blossoming,
establishing the boundaries
of childhood and adulthood,
a love of lust and gratification,
a pounding in the fragile heart,
a dream of defilement,
of love of passion running free
like the rivers of Gomorrah.

Little girl, thou art yet divine
and true to your functioning,
living up to your expectations,
still a valuable part
of God’s creation.
