Building prisons a business locking men and stocking pens
If cops were stock options I’d be clocking dividends
Their arresting citizens for a trivial offense
Like pissing drunk in public gets you stuck on the list
Stressing next to incest sex molester nitwits
Condescending conversations probation related
To change the way that your behaving, troublemaker to placid
Though naked is nature the legislatures forbade it
Aiming to break and shape you like clay for the sake of making the paper

not one of my favorites. i couldn't seem to decide whether or not to attack materialism or vent my frustration about the law doing me dirty. at some point i plan on revamping this work into two separate poems that are more concise and defined in their subject.
