Hope Through Trials

A poem of resilience.

In life’s vast sea, we often drift,
Settle for less, giving others a lift.
Deceived by those with hearts untrue,
Yet still we rise, our spirits renew.

From Florida’s warmth to Indiana’s chill,
Our dreams were displaced, yet we climb the hill.
A truck packed full, with chihuahuas in tow,
Homeless, yet hopeful, through trials we grow.

For every storm, a rainbow appears,
Through pain and strife, we conquer our fears.
In every setback, a lesson is learned,
Through the darkest nights, a light discerned.

So hold on tight, when pathways veer,
For hope and strength are always near.
From every bad, a good will bloom,
In life’s garden, there’s always room.

Though trials come and tribulations stay,
We always choose to believe in brighter days.
For in the end, with hearts so true,
Good things will come, and dreams will renew.

Sometimes it just helps to write for healing purposes.
