The dog (Short story)
Lisa went for a walk in the park filled with beautiful ornamental trees
On a nice cool summer evening which was the month of August
Just to get some nice fresh air and a chance
To relax her mind.
When she arrived at the park, no one else was there
But that didn’t bother her so she sat down on the bench
As she began to read her favorite book
The sound of “Woof Woof” interrupted her, she jumped up real quick
Then turned her head
Only to see a dog about 150 pounds looking in her direction
She started to run for her life
And the dog was chasing her down
But luckily, a friend of hers witnessed the entire scene
He told her to get in his car then drove off in full speed.
