Sometimes the movie screen won’t get you through life
Sometimes I lie awake with regret of what could’ve been
My morning oats
They won’t be there forever
I wake up with a new view on life
A rejuvenated body ready for tomorrow
Sometimes I want more out of this earthly life I live
I want your heart to be more protected
You and I to be all that inhabit this earth
Day after day doing the simple things
Laughing
Walking
Talking
We could go on for hours on end
Not wasting this life
but living it out
Living it out to the fullest
