There’s a melody that fills my soul
And it plays upon my mind,
The tune is soft and always full,
But words for it I do not find.
A soothing song to ease my woes
And overcome my worldly gloom.
At times I try to draw its’ notes
And illustrate its caring tune.
This melody has touched my heart,
So I find it’s well worth speaking of.
Should I choose a name for it?
I’ll just call it love.
