Oh dear! Our 21st Century, poorly feudal master and mistress are in hospital!

Crikey, what are we sycophantic
and unquestionably, dutifully
fawning serfs essentially,
actually, and simply effectively going to
do with ourselves beneficially now that
our undoubted leadership is obviously,
for the most part, crucially discernibly
and sadly for us obviously in hospital.
Now we’re all hopelessly lost without
them aren’t we? Simply In hospital of
all places! It’s actually heartbreaking!
Of come on you pathetic sycophants
they’re both of them, very luxuriously
holed up in what are unquestionably
thoroughly expensive and effectively
discernibly, obviously, privately paid
for hospitals, the kind that obviously
your sort couldn’t afford, or wouldn’t
simply ever be really allowed in! But,
please have no worries about those
whom you vilely religiously worship,
for basically, if anything simply ever
really goes wrong in these evidently
private clinics where they are they’ll
be instantaneously rushed, straight
into A and E at an appropriate NHS
hospital rather scandalously queue
jumping those ordinary and regular
NHS patients who’ve so manifestly
and characteristically and routinely
been supporting the state’s crucial
NHS continuously with their taxes!
