War

War is such a hatefull word,
The idea of it is so absorded,
with all the grief and the pain,
and all the innocent lives it drains,
and as the  peoples blood splatters the ground,
and the bodies of friends are finaly found,
you finaly think what you have done,
and realise what you have begun
( stanza 1)

As the toxic gas fill the air,
And a commerad shouts to you beware,
You pull on your gas mask but its too late,
As the toxic gas has sealed your fate,
And as the blisters errupt up your face,
You dream of being in another place,
(Stanza2)

And as the enemy artillary marks a raid,
Its time to be very afraid,
And as you take a peak at no mans land,
A enemy soilder shifts his hand,
The bullet wizzes and hits it mark,
And  suddenly your whole world turns dark,
( stanza 4)

And at your funeral your parents weep,
As you are burried very deep,
For you have served your country proud,
And a hournable death is what you are aloud
( the end )

(2015)

It is about how the war effected soilders and familys
