i found you after i had lost my heart

thousand mile away before i saw you first

i found you when i had lost my breathe

a long journey still to go

i found you when i had forgotten to cry

my voice still wants to call your name

i found you when i had fallen in a desert

and time took me away from you again

i found you when i couldn’t make you mine

with you my soul would not sing a single song
