A world without war

The voice of children are heard on the green
laughing and playing, making terrible scream.
In a green world without any war
Here they dwell in safety
Here they dwell alone.

For  a moment they sit still and look along
In the sheltering woods, that feel the kiss of the sun.
Through the field and touring the forest they’re all having fun
For gay is their way until the day is done.

Lovely poem and I wish with all my heart that every word in it will come true.

Wouldn't that be wonderful. Even though Utopia might not happen, it is a place to try and live up to.
