Blessed Air Abounding

Blessed air from ancient islands abounding
down from heaven with trumpets sounding

music of the cherubims swirling throughout
as the voice of the angels speak forth and sprout

speaking from pure thoughts with silver tongues
playing with the winds on silent drums

sending sky-built currents into sacred spaces
reserved for gallant saints in consecrated places

high priests assembling for the earthly mission
aligning with the climes in rhythmic precision

taking wings to settle down in stony hearts
residing in peace as the discordance departs

filling up the spaces that hostility once owned
that the dark knight once sat upon the throne

pure air penetrating the lungs and thoughts
oxygen for the hungry heart and tender spots

abounding in the air that we breathe and digest
to purify our hearts from our supplications request
