American Idol

American Idol

She flaunts her beauty everywhere
Her shapely figure and skin so fair
Her glowing smile she warms up the room
As winter’s wasteland bursts into bloom

She’s a singer in search of a voice
A victim of her own pretentious choice
Beauty and song go good together
Like crimson sunsets and light as a feather

Next year she’ll set the world on fire
No place to go but higher and higher
To lofty places where no one has gone
With humility to guide, what can be wrong?
