Upward Climb
New Years Eve is our evaluation time,
to see where we are on our upward climb;
to see how much we have done last year
and what we have to do in future’s near.
For every step needs to be weighed;
Every task done, perservered, and obeyed.
Life is a climb to reach our furthest dream
as we forge ahead and raise our self-esteem.
Yay. I'm back again after my too lengthy hiatus. I have no excuses for not writing. If I'm a writer, then damn it, I should write. I wrote this for the Belt and Beyond. The editor wondered what the hell happened to me. I was too lazy. That's what happened.
