As he calmly read his speech
announcing his submission
It was clear the Dems have no leader
to offer up real opposition.
Now Trump and Elon will have the keys
to drive our country toward disaster.
They’ll face no meaningful resistance
Over the government, they will be master.
We need to have a forceful voice
that will move us into action.
One who speaks forcefully off the cuff
and with the people, gains some traction.
So give us AOC, or Jasmine, or JB
Someone who can rile the base.
So long as Schumer’s in the lead
We won’t be going anyplace.
