where God is
let go
no details
no hidden desires
let dreams be
let go
let it be
a beginning
meditation
a mindfulness
a time
to breathe deep
space out
to horizon
no nirvana
none
no climax
just be the moment
let go all things
transcend
your thoughts
empty your mind
no apex
none
no bottom pit
completely
embrace yourself
blissful
in the moment
let the peace
of your inner soul
circle
engulf you
let it permeate you
soak into you
completely
betaken
to a meditative frame
that is you
fill your whole being
with aura chakra energy
radiating
like the sun’s
just be there
where you are
is
where love is
where God is

2aThey were very well explained. Good job. Good poem. I feel more relaxed now.

2a@Robert L. Martin A 2023 mind emptying poem. Always plenty going on in our minds. And we get crazy taming our monkey like busy mind. A lot of noise inside our head. What we do without being a yoga meditation practitioner is to simply let go - all things crowding our head let them out one by one until peace settles in, then stay in that moment. Continue by listening only to your breaths deeply going down and exhaling out. Staying in the moment listening to nothing but your breathing is preciously divine like you and your soul or lover together in rhythm doing a sweet thing you both find satisfying. Breathe the breath of life. Thanks sharing your thoughts Robert. Glad you feel better. đź‘Ť @Robert L. Martin
