Court

The walls know your name
You may not think they hear,
Silence so loud
it’s ringing in your ears.
They’re breathing in and out
They watch you as you sleep,
You’ll never know they’re there
In the shadows they will keep.
They judge your every move
And memorize your every word,
They don’t speak,
Yet have the loudest voice you’ve heard.
You say you hate the judge
Just because your on trial,
For all your filthy sins
Yes the first stage is denial.
But remember,
Those walls that hear every word
They’re the witness on your stand,
You’ve killed the last bit of hope,
The blood is on your hands.
You wear a good disguise
That seems to hide your face,
But even you can’t hide
From all of this shame and disgrace.
