Lustful Dreams and Broken Hearts in La Jolla

I gave my heart to Leon,
Dreams of him haunt me till dawn,
His eyes were as green as neon.
I have been lost and him long gone,
 
Torturing me...
 
I moved to La Jolla in search of a new light,
But every man I know seeks love for a night.
Between lustful dreams and shameless lies, I fight.
 
On the golden shores and sunsets, I roam
In this ethereal paradise, I strive for more.
The men I encounter love adventures in disguise
Thinking they’ll leave you mesmerized, in their eyes.
 
Seriously, this is killing me...
 
I am torn between lustful dreams and caving into broken hearts.
