Lycanthropy

I stare up high into the night sky,
wondering if tonight I’ll truly die.
 
for I am a man that has become part wolf,
From a scratch that i got aloof.
 
But here i stand and I’m not afraid,
because soon i will begin to change.
 
Into this monster that is agile and strong,
I will then begin to hunt till dawn.
 
So what ever you do stay out of my way,
otherwise you will become my prey.
