I Exist

I exist
...
 
I watch the sunset and the sunrise
I break ties and tell lies
For I am one of many hypocrites
But I only exist
 
 
I laugh, I cry
I have loved ones who’ve died
Even I have dreamt of touching the sky
 
So why?
...
 
I exist, nothing less, nothing more
From shore to shore
I sea
 
But everything is a haze
I exists in this state, dazed
And I contemplate
 
Should I open my eyes
And clear my mind
To let the sunshine through?
 
But my thoughts are fragile
If I grasp them to tight
They might break
 
So should I ride the wave
Continuing to contemplate?
Am I nothing more then a slave
To my unconsciousness?
