Little bit of something
It was just something that felt like nothing so i left it there.
Just a small bit of nothing attached to a molecule of air,
That carried that thought away before it left. ...Left me bare.
Was something so useless i shouldn’t even care.
..And exposed.
I suppose i feel so senseless.
Nothing like time could ever mend this. Nothing that i sincerely seek could fix it.
But i don’t even care so i’m buried in the endless.
..Endless thoughts of you like nothing that i knew.
Nothing ever before to compare it to.
So out of the blue i was attached like air.
That carried me away like no gravity was there.
That little bit of nothing that almost felt like something.
That little piece of what could’ve been us.
