Hope
Hope is a wonder and a delight,
When things are getting you down,
And all seems dark and bleak,
Let hope lead you through the night.
Hope is looking for the good in all things,
Even though hard times you fear.
When sadness grows to bring out a tear,
Let the song of hope fill you as it sings.
Hope begins with a prayer of love.
It remembers that love has many faces.
Love gives all, expects nothing and survives.
Let hope fill your heart and this will be enough.
All things begin and end, and in the end change.
Even though, at times you may feel alone.
Recall that hope is the beginning of you and I.
Let hope bring to mind love’s infinite range.
Though miles may separate us from one another,
And time has passed us by,
Hope gives all a reason to wonder why,
Life is all giving when hope is our gift to each other.
Become what you dream and your dream is you.
Be unchanged; become a new and to your dream be true.
For life will yield to you all its secrets in time.
It will be done for you when with hope you become one.
Hope is the key that unlocks the door—
To a future that’s filled with love and peace as lived it before.
So remember to not give up on hope and love, which you are.
For my granddaughter you are always my shining star!
Love you Lots & Lots... peace, hope and faith and most of all love—
Are keys to our future!
