Borris the Cat

A random poem about this amazing cat I know.

Borris is amazing,
But who is he you may ask,
He’s a cat of glory,
A vision of beauty,
A meowing little twat,
He’s a big fan of his food,
As we know from pouch to pouch,
But Felix he doesn’t touch,
He’s way too good for that,
I’d like to think he’s down to earth,
But I can tell he likes the best,
The finer things in life for him unless he will not rest,
Some would say it was snobbish,
But I definitely do not agree,
He knows the good things in life,
Certainly don’t come free,
He’s saved hard all his life,
And had a job since the age of ten,
He often tells us stories of the good old days back then,
The tales of what he’d get up too,
And the mischief he would bring,
He once caught a bird and ate its whole left wing,
So now you know of this amazing little cat,
My poetry will come to an end,
And I hope you meet with Borris one day,
Because he’s such a Bonza friend!
