Fears are reminders
Of unwanted memories
From whence we were young
They continue to haunt us
When awake and in our dreams
It’s unfortunate
Fears will be with us always
To maim and cripple
Make our lives miserable
And at times unbearable
We must learn to face our fears
Conquer them! To stop the tears
