I’ve built a castle around my heart, consisting of fear and protection. Scared to let anyone too close, I lock it with rejection.
I was feeling tense,
Tired of everyone trying to input some of their sense .
I was left daunted
But I quickly realized, If I had stayed with my decision My heart and soul would have been haunted.
You were shocked and said to expect the unexpected. But the only thing you have to expect, is me giving you my heart, unprotected.
