Azure White

Matter Of Time

Behind a mask I hid
Dancing and losing myself
Just like a little kid
 
Into hiding I went
To discover the answers
Only to find truth so bent
 
Now, as a warrior
I fight against the foul lies
And press on ever stronger
 
It’s only a matter of time
Before they deem me insane
Gouge out my eyes
And lock me away...

This is the first poem of the new series. The title will be revealed after the last poem for the series is posted. I do this so that the readers can read the poems and piece together the concept of the series.
