Leap Of Faith
The cliff is before me do i jump or step away and
hope that you won’t forget about me i can see you
watching out of the corner of you’re eye hoping
i will come running into you’re arms you may be
the best i have ever met yet all i can hear is my
frantically beating heart all i can feel are my hands
shaking from fear that you will one day leave me
behind like the ones before you i am a queen in you’re
presence but what will happen when you become bored
and decide that i have to much baggage dragging behind
me the butterflies assault my stomach but will you still
be this kind when time has passed and you see the truth
of what being with me is will this turn into something
great or will it end as a tragedy leaving the princess
wondering if there are no princes left to come the cliff
is before me and i still can’t decide if jumping is the
right choice to make
